The Missions and Outreach team is excited to host a Mission Week October 8-16. Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for Rise Against Hunger Saturday morning, October 8 at 10:00.  We are delighted to have Ellyn Dubberly, (UM missionary from El Salvador) lead us in worship Sunday morning, and enjoy a continental breakfast in between services as we fellowship and highlight all of the mission and ministry opportunities available.  Wednesday evening, October 12, we will dedicate a Free Little Library and Blessing Box, two new ministries at FUMC.  The following Saturday, October 15, we will gather in the back parking lot at 10:00 to construct beds for children in our community.  All ages are invited to have a hand in this mission project.  We will have construction, staining, pillow-case decorating, and everything in between.  Please prayerfully consider having your family be a part of this week of mission.  We are all called to serve and these are amazing opportunities to instill the joy of giving to our children.
