Note from the advisory Team
In the next few weeks, we
will be celebrating two of the most important and spiritual events of the year;
Palm Sunday on March 28th and Easter Sunday on April 4th. This is a time we all want to be together to
celebrate the resurrection of our Savior.
However, with the continuing health issues related to the pandemic, precaution
must be our guide.
The Church Advisory Committee
has been working on a plan to allow as many of us as possible to worship

With the new guidelines, the
seating capacity in the Sanctuary has been increased to 220. The current seating capacity in Asbury Hall

the capacity, we have established the following guidelines for the March 28 and
April 4 services:

will be capped at 220.
- If the
number of reservations is less than 220, people will be seated on a first come,
first serve basis until the number of people seated without reservations plus
the number of people with reservations reaches 220. For example, if we have 150 reservations, 70
persons without reservations will be seated in the sanctuary.
- Once we
have reached capacity, there will be seating available for 100 additional
people to enjoy a live streaming of the service in Asbury Hall.
The reservation system is a
key element of our safety procedure. I
encourage you to use it for two reasons:
- It is
the best way to insure you and your family will have a seat in your place of

We regret having to implement
any restrictions, but the safety of our church members, visitors and staff must
